  1. BUYER BEWARE! Let’s try this again…hopefully won’t be censored this time. The item was delivered with no box whatsoever, a defective / broken screen (not surprising given that it was sent in an ENVELOPE) and the cord just dropped in the same envelope. More alarming, this was still setup with 100% of the prior owner’s information / settings / data / etc! Shame on me for not reading the fine print – i understood this to be Apple refurbished – not 3rd party, but shame on seller and Ama*** for certifying…

  2. Buyer Beware I purchased this certified refurb in good faith. Within 30 days, it had crashed, randomly shutting down and freezing. I managed to do a manufacture reset on it and was good to go for a few more months. Here, it crashed again and was frozen on the load screen. After contacting the company and them telling me they would not help with it despite having purchased it less than 6 months ago, I had a tech expert attempt to repair it. He put it in DFU mode and restored it. I attempted to set it up…
